Statement: Decision to Appeal superior Court Ruling on Climate Action Plan

Climate change is real and I take seriously our responsibly to meet or even exceed our climate goals. Rather than continuing to fight the courts, I believe we should take action to implement an enforceable and sustainable climate action approach that lowers greenhouse gas emissions locally, and provides certainty to our development community on the rules for future projects.
